Each spacious bedroom has its own private bath. In addition, there is a half-bath downstairs available to all the guests. Guests can spread out in a dining room and living room, adjacent to a full and airy kitchen with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils...and a view to the pool and the beach.

Want to spend your time outside? If you aren't in the pool or swimming in the Gulf, you can be sitting comfortably with a tropical drink from the bar underneath the large palapa while BBQ'ing your dinner.
For storage and perhaps that unannounced guest there is a nice-sized bodega and a service quarters with its own private bath.

The house is right on the beach between Chuburna and Chelem, just 4 miles from Chelem and 6 miles from Progreso. There is plenty of off-street parking.
